At the exact time, the modified Terms & Conditions of our site is not acceptable, you can discontinue using the Service. GUARANTEE PERIOD 

The company is pleased to provide 20 years Guarantee for Glass Coated INNER tank only on Pro-Rata basis as per the below details. Further, if any manufacturing defects are found in parts components from the date of Invoice, then the company will undertake to repair or replace the defective part within reasonable time. Free Service will be provided by distributors or dealers only for the first 3 months.

THIS GUARANTEE IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES

    • Minimum height of cold water tank should be 5.5 feet and Maximum height of cold water tank should be 7 feet.
    • Air vent pipe height should be more than overhead tank height.
    • Assistant Tank Model to be installed if overhead tank height is more than 7 feet, Guarantee of only assistant tank is 1 Year
    • Damage, breakdowns, or failures caused by misapplication, mistreat, accident, destruction, free, food, solidify, hailstorms, wind, lightning, earthquake, natural calamities, acts of God and so forth, or any extraordinary occasion beyond the manufacturer’s control.
    • The Company Reserves the right to decide whether the defective part is to be repaired or replaced but in no case do we Guarantee* to replace the total system.
    • For Heavy Plus GL Model – Pro-rata calculation for replacement of the tank after proper inspection and Permission, 1st year to 10th year free replacement for tank, 11th to 12th year 50% discount for tank, 13th to 14th year 40% discount for tank, 15th year to 16th year 30% discount for tank, 17th year to 18th year 20% discount for tank, 19th to 20th year 10% discount for tank to the standard spare price list.
    • Guarantee is not applicable for outer tank rust formation on powder coated systems installed around 80kms incoastal areas.
    • Customer will have to pay transportation & installation charges for replacements made from 2nd year to 20thyear from the date of Invoice.
    • Supreme Solar reserves the rights to finalize the appropriate cost of tank & service at the time of replacement or in case of any dispute.
    • Service charges will be applicable after completion of 3 months of installation.
    • System should not be removed from the original installation or relocate to a different building or structure,during the guarantee period, without prior intimation to the company, if customer want to relocate thesystem, our technician would enable to install the system within the speculated time period of 7 days.
    • In the event of replacement or repair of any part, this Guarantee will there aftercontinue for the unexpired period of the original Guarantee.
    • There is no fixed temperature guarantee that can be given for generation of hot water by the Solar water heating system, as the heating of water depends on the Geo-climaticconditions..
    • In case of any doubts in interpretation of terms of Guarantee or the mode of redress of these complaints, the purchaser is required to seek such clarification in writing from the company. The decision of the company isfinal in all such cases of complaints.
    • If customer complaints frequently despite of zero failure, customer have to pay for any services after two free visits of technician.
    • This Guarantee* shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life arising directly or indirectly out of any defect or improper use of/in the solar water heating system.
    • The Company’s obligation under this Guarantee shall be limited to repair or provide replacement of defective part only when under the guarantee period.
    • Proper grouting with Mandatory concrete of the system structure
    • All legal disputes is to be settled in Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
    • Guarantee is not applicable if any service done by unauthorized person other than allotted by company customer care Department (Do not use M-seal or anything related to stop leakages).

Plumbing, Electrical, masonry, grouting etc entirely on customer scope. We are not responsible for these work executed either from our recommended personal or any other personal.

Terms and Condition’s

for FPC or Pressurized type solar water heaters

 
 

GUARANTEE PERIOD

Company is pleased to provide 1 Years guarantee for inner tank of storage tank & 5 year guarantee for the collector (Except blockage due to scale formation by using hard water above 300 PPM) against manufacturing defects. Further if any manufacturing defects are found in parts/components from the date of Invoice / Installation. Then the company will undertake to repair or replace the defective parts within a reasonable time. free service will be provided by the company/distributor/dealer during 3 months from the date of installation. Cleaning/descaling of collector caused due to hard and salt water is not in our scope. any parts that are provided to the company satisfaction but found to be defective owing to faults in workmanship or materials, or carry out such service adjustments there to, as shall, in the opinion of the company, be necessary, the company’s decision and ruling as ruling as to what shall constitute defective workmanship, part and service adjustments for this purpose being final and binding upon the purchaser. Its advised to use hardness of water below 200 PPM for getting maximum efficiency of the collector.

THIS GUARANTEE IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES

  • If water pressure given more than 3kg/cm²
  • The completed GUARANTEE card is not presented to the company or authorized dealer/technician at the time of testing, repair or servicing.
  • The system is not used according to the instructions given in the User’s Manual.
  • Defect or faults which, in the opinion of the company is due to misuse or neglect or accident, natural calamities act of god like earth quake, flood or storm, hailstorm, cyclone, uprooting of trees or electric poles, wire, TV Antenna etc.
  • Solar water heater which, during the GUARANTEE period either has been shifted from one location to another or changed ownership by sale or by lease, gift or otherwise, without written intimation to that effect being given to the company within 7 days of such shifting or change of ownership and, in the case of shifting, has not been installed in the new location by one of the company’s authorized dealers or technicians at the cost of the purchaser.
  • In the event of replacement or repairs of any part, this GUARANTEE will thereafter continue for the
  • unexpired period of the original GUARANTEE.
  • No fixed temperature guarantee can be given for hot water generated by the solar water heating systems, as the heating of water depends on the Geo climatic and solar Fluctuations.
  • Malfunction defects or damages caused due to any modification / alterations, excessive inlet water pressure above the recommended range, and in the opinion of the company or its authorized Dealer, the solar water system is not continuously supplied with cold water.
  • For repairs after the expiry of the GUARANTEE period, the company or its authorized dealer have the right to collect the charges as applicable. In case of doubts in interpretation of the terms of GUARANTEE or the mode of redressed of his complaints, the purchaser is required to seek such clarification in writing from the company. 
  • The decision of the company is final in all such cases of complaints Subject to all Disputes to Bangalore Jurisdiction.Under this GUARANTEE no responsibility is accepted for any consequential loss or damage caused by any natural calamities if proper grouting is not done for the system structure Proper Concrete and Grouting is mandatory for all legs of system.Do not use M-seal or anything to stop leakages.

NOTE: This GUARANTEE will not cover for GLASS COLLECTOR breakage, accessories and ELECTRICAL BACK-UP and also if the system is shifted or moved or handled by unauthorized persons.
